If each page is made up of a separate image (just right click any page and see if 'view image' comes up as an option) then here's an easy method to download all the pages in Firefox (I haven't checked other browsers):
Scroll through the whole document so every page is loaded in your cache
Save Page As 'Web Page, complete'
All the jpgs of every page are now in the downloaded webpage folder.
